In tradition, cars use electronic/electric architecture (EEA), and each electronic control unit (ECU) in the car must be connected with other vehicles through CAN or LIN. There are more than 100 ECUs which have been using in a car. With the advent of the era of autonomous driving, the perception, control and decision-making systems involved in car driving are becoming more and more complex, and there are more and more information interaction controls between systems; therefore, the concept of Domain Control Unit (DCU), which is modular, portable, and easy to manage, is also proposed.
